The plant grew 7 cm. It is now 12 cm tall!

Our plant grew 3 cm. It is now 5 cm tall.

Today we planted our 

amaryllis bulb.

It is 2 cm tall.

Design Process Using Magnets

In our magnet unit students needed to design either a boat or sled that moved using magnetism. The boat had to be able to move around a pool of water and hold 10 marbles. The sled had to be able to move up and down a ramp and hold a small toy person. Here are the results.

Artist In The School

Leigh Anne Kehler is the Artist in the School and will be working with our class this week. She will be telling a lot of stories and breaking them down into great moments of action that can be played with dramatic games and exercises. Here are some highlights from today.

PUMPKIN DROP!

The Grade 3/4 classes are learning about gravitational pull and with the help of Mr. Dyck we timed how fast gravity pulled the pumpkins to the ground. We had a great time and want to thank Mr. Dyck for dropping the pumpkins. Enjoy the videos.
