- the capital city is Prague

- the National animal is a lion

Today we traveled to New Zealand and learned a lot from Jase’s country project. Some fun facts about New Zealand are:

- kiwi is the name of one of their fruits and it’s also the name of their national bird 

- they have won a total of 143 Olympic medals 

- population is 5.1 million

 We finished the novel The One And Only Ivan
