Autumn’s Bean Plant

Autumn planted her bean plant in her garden

- the colosseum was built in 80 AD where people watched chariot races and Gladiators.

ANCIENT GREECE

Fun facts about Ancient Greece are: 
- grapes and olives grow well in Greece.
- they believed in many gods and goddesses and built temples to worship their gods.
- the first Olympics were played around 776 BC.
- they built their sculptures out of stone, usually marble.

Virtual Farm Tour

We visited a broiler chicken barn for our virtual field trip. The Plett farm is in southern Manitoba and they raise 10 000 free run chicks at a time. Did you know that chickens are the closest relative to the dinosaur?
