I liked the library. I looked at a cool book. The picture Ms Martens took is very funny. Mrs. Ali read us a funny book. It was called "Ma, You Are Driving Me Crazy". We played a game and I had lots of fun. - Liam

Corn Snake

My dad got a snake for Christmas. His name is Giroux. He is our family present. He is a corn snake. He has cool skin and he is orange. He is two months old. He eats mice. They are frozen and then we put them in a warm bowl of water and then we feed them to him. When he grabs the mouse we let go. We like him a lot. His skin sheds. - Cadance

The corn snake was around my neck. It felt ticklish. I got to touch him on the tail and it felt really really smooth. He likes to hide out in his rock. He is from the grasslands. - Natasha

This was my first time seeing a corn snake. It's smooth. I touched it once and I didn't like it. It's Cadance's snake. It is a friendly snake and it doesn't have teeth. - Molly

Winter Activity Day!

We went sledding at the school's dike and then we went skating. All of us went sledding on the very top of the dike. My mom took pictures. Ms Martens also went sledding. It was fun. - Logan

We went skating at the Morris Rink. I had lots and lots of fun. I flipped over on Liam's sled. It was funny when I used the brake and flipped over. We had hot chocolate and hot dogs and cookies. - Alex

It was really fun skating. I liked the hot dogs and hot chocolate. I liked when Natasha picked me as a partner. Sledding was really fun when we went far and when we wiped out! - Haylee
