Thank You Family Studies Class!

During the past three Thursdays Ms Rivard and her Family Studies students organized various activities with the Grade 1/2M class. All of us had a great time and we would like to thank Ms Rivard and her students for all of the work they did. It was very much appreciated! Watch the video to get a glimpse of what happened. - Ms Martens

We played snakes and ladders. It was very kind of them to make the game. We had to roll a dice and move to a different spot. We had lots of fun. The other group made paper airplanes. One hit me in the head. They had to see how far they could fly. – Stanley

One Thursday we played laser tag. We had to crawl under string and get to the other side. If you touched the string you had to start all over again. We also made fortune tellers. – Autumn

We made chocolate chip cookies and we coloured. I put in the sugar. We also put in chocolate chips, salt, oatmeal, flour, eggs and butter. We ate the chocolate chip cookies when they were done. We got two each. - Abby

Ms Martens'class;

Wow....that looks like so much fun!!!! You did a lot of cool things. I liked the aprons you all wore when making cookies. Some of the brightly coloured ones made me laugh. I would guess that Ms Rivard's class had just as much fun with you all, as you did with them.

What was your favourite activity?

Keep writing on the blog as we enjoy reading and seeing what fun you have in school.

I would have liked to play the Laser Tag. Jill says it's hard. And I really liked the music! It was a catchy tune.
